OMG yes! Why is it that only the most moronic people have like 3,4,6 freakin' KIDS?! And they keep having more and more! Yet the most reflective, insightful, kind, thoughtful, highly intelligent people have like NO KIDS or one kid and then they go get themselves FIXED!? Why can't it be the other way around and/or idiots just stop being sperm doners and baby machines? The only answer I have addresses 1/2 of the problem. It was on some literature that I found on the ground at a bus stop in a very poor neighborhood I was living in when I was about 19. It said that for most young people it takes a great deal of personal resolve to NOT have kids. IOW the reason so many young dumb people have kids is because they just kind of lay back and let life happen to them. They don't make a strict personal commitment to not procreating. So it's like, "Oops, I did it again!" every time they reproduce (ugh!). As for the rest of the simpletons who are 20+ and mentally-challenged, I don't know why they keep pumping out babies like each one will win them the lottery when they can't even speak/write a grammatically correct sentence and/or make logical decisions about the basics of life.

That`s exactly how it is. For example in poor countries, the helpers of the west are trying to give education to the poors before anything else, because crowth of intellency is affecting straight to the fact that how many children person will have( and that will lead to result how much there is to divide for the population in money, food, jobs..).
As soon as they realise that getting babies, it`s away from them selve in so many ways. Money, food, opportunity to move after work, etc.
Then there is that condom thing too. The stupidest ones dont even understand to use it because they hardly realise the process of human breeding, and sex is just some way to have fun.
In western world nowdays it`s very common for career people not to have babies at all, and those who got less lucky in jobs and educations, have at least two of them.
