Regarding cell phone plans, do toll - free numbers count towards your daytime minutes?

I have a plan with 400 anytime minutes, and free incoming. Regarding the anytime minutes, what if the number is toll free.. does it still count?

Yes, I believe it still counts.

Basically minutes are you talking. I would expect them to not care but with phone companies these days.Not a great chance. So yea it probably does count
