Because, they would not find enough food to survive

because they are not stupid ,there is a lot more food in the jungle ,and nice stuff like fruit.
and they don't freeze their nuts off
at home in the jungle.
what a weird back to front question.

it would have made a lot more sense to ask ,
why did the Eskimos never leave the North Pole
why did they not start walking and head south into the woods where life is a lot richer in terms of natural resources.why did they decide to remain living in a fridge

The answer is of course that to them the North Pole is exactly that .a fridge full of food ,they had discovered Auto sufficiency in a sustainable Environment, although to us that sounds Alien
the Jungle animals would all die there with in days

The polar bear have a very thick skin and hair for them to survive the cold climate, but the jungle animals usually didn't have it, so it's very hard for a them to live in north pole and south pole.

They could if they were given enough time to adapt. Polar bears adapted to that climate a while ago. They wouldn't survive in the jungle if you just dropped them their. They would overheat and jungle animals would freeze at the poles. And none of them would know how to get food.

Last time I checked there were no polar bears at the south pole. Just penguins.

Definately, they could survive, animals that would survive are the adaptable ones. Polar bears are very adaptable and eat just about anything, they can also hibernate through the worst of the winter. As long as they could get enough food before the bad weatehr starts then sure they would survive. There are plenty of seals, penguins and other birds to eat in the correct seasons, whether the bears could find this food is another question as it is thinly distributed. The south pole is also cooler than the north so they would need to eat more.

because they have not the survival techniques to catch food, survive the cold ect. They need to have evolved a very long time to be able to live there like the polar bears and penguins ect. They live in the jungle because they have evolved and adapted to the climate, food, other species ect.

They have evolved to live in warmer parts. This makes them unable to tolerate the cold of the polar regions. There animals that have evolved to live in polar regions, such as polar bears and penguins, but evolution takes a long time.

Because they never lived in an environment that forced them to evolve to adapt to the cold like some bears did, to become polar bears.

because every animal is built to live in theyre specific environment. polar bears live in cold areas...just LOOK AT THEM. long shaggy white coat?? that sounds like theyre going to blend into the snow pretty damn well dont you think?? or if you want to put a jaguar in the south or north pole...your going to end up with a dead jaguar. think about it. jaguars are tree climbers with great leaping and climping abilities. south pole = NO TREES. jaguar has short, orangish-yellow furr coats with spots....that doesn't sound like great camouflage in the snow....sounds alot better for rain forest with lots of dappled lighting. and a jaguar is not going to know how on earth its suppose to catch food....a seal for example...seals are going to jump into the icy water to avoid becoming a meal...jaguars cannot swim in FREEZING TEMPERATURE! but the polar bear who had lots and lots of time to evolve into an ice dweller has no problem swimming in freezing temperatures.

Because they weren't designed for that. A helpful hint is to look on the tag, usually located on the belly of the animal. If the tag says "Do Not Machine Wash" or "Dry Clean Only" or "This Animal May Constitute A Choking Hazard" then I just follow the directions and all is well.
