i understand that 2 people can share such private moments and it's there business but isn't it getting a little out hand that every other celeb now is making a sex tape only for someone to purposely or accidently have leeked on the web or reproduced and sold, sometimes i think these celebs love the publicity and the fact that they get seen in this way without being the porn biz and being shunned

No, but it's cheap and easy publicity. And they obviously need it, because nobody cares about them otherwise.
