Most cowards have a short attention span. Kerry is a traitor, a liar, and a thief.
He hates the military because he ran away from it, but he is constantly shadowed by it.
Only 3 of approximately 250 men in his company would support him for president. The rest signed onto a book called UNFIT FOR COMMAND which exposed his desperate but futile attempt to get a deferment from serving or avoiding the draft.
Once in he was so despised that he was one of the few "men" who were encouraged to leave and go back home because he was such a slacker and non hacker (and whiner).
So, here's what you can do if you really want to understand Kerry the coward.
Just google him.
I feel sorry for you.

oh jeez, Bush didn't run away from the military, matter of fact he and his family are so patriotic that all his daughters and relatives join the military, oops i forgot wealthy, maybe not, that's why they pay the military less than postal workers, lately a lot of postal workers not even former military just chinese and asian bush got connections with,
as far as joining the military, you're right he was in the national guard with daddy connections, flew plans drunk and cocaine binged, majority of time never showed up for duty, he definitely never served in any foreign war, but i'm glad he is brave enough to send others to get killed for his profit, companies he is placing to handle this war definitely making a profit, at the cost of American lives. but what the heck, that is the way wealthy think, that is why wealthy when poverty and people and children living in squalor and destitute all around...do you think they could find a better way to spend money than to kill people and Americans, sure not conservative when it comes to wasting money and American lives on this "war", well actually not a waste to him and his cronies for collusion, a profit actually, after all he's a "businessman"
