Yes, it does hurt! Why do you want to do it? Are you going in for diamond jewelry to wear on the pierced nipples and show it off to the whole world? That would only be a commercial for the jewelry, not for your nipples.
When you have a baby, can s/he suck your pierced nipples properly?

If you are a girl then no! don't ever do it! Your nipples get stuck in the babies mouth and it chokes on the ring and dies! baaad idea, very bad idea. And yes it hurts. It hurts soooo gooood. Are you mental?

i hear it hurts like hell, so you should get them both done at the same time so you wont know what pain youll have to go through the second time.
