For general good health, well-being and a strong immune system in ALL people -
If you take ~nothing else~, I suggest you consider Vitamin D, (along with calcium & magnesium). Of all vitamins, this is possibly more significant than any other, and it comes naturally from sunlight. When sunlight is less available, particularly in the winter months of the northern hemishpere, it's essential to add this supplement to your daily intake.
For some scientific information, this link provides the key information as to why:

As always, vitamins are to supplement a healthy diet. The "definitive book" which addresses wellness through diet is:

Positive effects on my health from Vitamin D, along with a more healthy diet:
I control a serious auto-immune condition without the need for ANY prescription drugs, and have maintained above average results for over 2 years since beginning on this regimen. If I can be healthy following these simple guidelines, you can be of olympic health.

All natural are the best, it has been proven that the others do not really give you anything. My family has used several from one company, that have given use wonderful results. My daughter have been on a fruit and veg. supp. and grew 6 in. in one year, she was very small and is now catching up to the other kids. My dad drink a supp. called CIAGA, it has improved his mood and help with a heart problem. I use a supp. called JadeGreenZymes as does my Uncle, and it has helped with our seasonal head problems (his was so bad he got shots). I am giving you a web site where you can check these things out. The Discover It and Live It words are links, so use them.

holding your tummy and ft warmth (i understand, that's strange interior the nice and cozy temperature, yet...). Be very, very careful with a bath - it can make you bleed heavily, and that is also not pleasant. i in my opinion stumbled on that the hormonal (anti-conceptive) pills have a very smoothing result on my era (I have almost fainted with the soreness, and that i'm with the help of no ability unique) - that is shorter and that i don't experience any soreness in any respect. this technique isn't very organic, although. Of the painkillers, i stumbled on that Motrin used to have a touch reliable result on the cramps, and in parts that did not make me _that_ drowsy. yet that's not organic both.
