The Animated Batman series (the 1st one that ran on WB)
I've also recently gotten Netflix and have been catching up on a lot of stuff I've missed by not having Cable, so I can recommend the Justice League from Cartoon Network (haven't seen any of the Justice League Unlimited) and The New Animated Adventures of Spiderman which ran only one season on HBO.

From the USA: I would say The Justice League and Star Wars/Clone Wars.
Of imports/anime : Ghost in the Shell:SAC, Cowboy Bebop, Yuyu Hakushou and DBZ.
