If you are talking about the original constitution without the amendments, WOMEN for sure. If you're talking about the amended constitution including the Bill of Rights, i would say Native Americans received least protections of your three choices.

Women. Even with all the ammendments it is still a 'man's world'. Minorities are still given more freedom and rights than women are given.
