my friend gave me her computer but it has everything she looked up, i erased the history, but i would to get rid of the contents in the address toolbar. i would like to make this computer seem like its brand new, and put my contents in and not have someones old ones thank you.

from the Internet Explorer, open Tools > Internet Options
Select both Delete Cookies and Delete Files.
That'll erase your Address Bar links.
Refresh then Restart your PC.
if it doesn't work, Select Start Menu > Run > cleamgr
check the temporary internet files box, then click OK.
