Being offended by something that is considered true is an emotional response to what a person holds in high regard. What ever it is that has offended them may have been communicated to them with out the correct background information included or a degree of tact was not included. Example...A mother whom has just lost a child hears a headline read out on TV news ...'Police arrest mother for murder of child' Now what the TV station want is for you to watch the news tonight, they don't give damn about the mother or the fact that she was immediately released after the baby sitter broke down and admitted guilt. They'll tell you that later in the bulletin.
It's the same for crime stats, it may be true more crime is committed by a certain age or race group, what you are not being told is why. Now the stats may be true but it is still offensive to people of that age & race when they are aware that in many situations the reason the crimes are committed are a direct result of being marginalised by a society who are not walking in their shoes. Because of the way society operates, someone has to be poor, someone will miss out someone will not have the ability to move up the ladder and so yes, many will be offended because they know the facts behind the Stats.
If we could control emotion we also would not be offended...

As an African American, i have to say that it is truly sad to see other African Americans homeless, without food, or shelter, and then others in the ghetto shooting up people, but honestly, there a product of their circumstance. Its not so much a race thing as it is a monetary class thing (excluding all of the hip-hoppers). However, many people of some ethnic groups such as latinos and african americans tend to be poor. The world is everybodies, and everybody is to blame for this, not just the people themselves, because what can they do about it. They need help. It is time for people to start stepping up to the plate, and fixing what should have been done a long time ago and also give these people the desire and the want to achieve.

a number of the bent fellas i've got come throughout weren't in any respect effeminate. extremely, a number of them have been extra bloke-ish than some blokes, in case you notice what I recommend - i comprehend in the present day blokes who'd shake of their boots in the event that they concept they have been in threat of entering into to a brawl yet a number of those bent fellas have been properly up for a punch up in the event that they have been given irritated. So i don't think of it has something to do with that. it extremely is a intense mistake to do the bent=effeminate component each and all the time. I reckon it extremely is have been given extra to do with women being possibly extra gentle around gay adult adult males because of the fact they don't pose any style of danger to them. in the event that they comprehend a bloke surely does not prefer to get them in to mattress and it extremely is not because of the fact they discover the female butt grotesque or something, the female can relax around them or maybe enhance actual and actual friendships with them. till the day I die i visit under no circumstances have faith that folk who're sexually beautiful to one yet another would properly be pals. The charm constantly gets interior the way. yet the place charm does not (or extremely can not) exist - for this reason between a tendency guy and a girl - friendship will become completely achieveable and it may extremely recover from the gender adjustments. As an aside I additionally reckon it extremely is why lots of in the present day women do a hissy in good shape while us homophobes take a (intentionally much less costly) shot at bent human beings. My wager may be they probably comprehend and prefer a tendency fella or 2 and count variety them as stable pals, so they get all moody and shielding of them. They for sure have not have been given any experience of humour :oP I could say i don't very like your analogy nevertheless - the canines inference seems spiteful to bent human beings. Us racial spooks could placed up with some thing comparable with the previous canines born in a stable can in basic terms ever be a canines recurring favoured by racists. yet you get a celeb for elevating an exciting question.

Instead of vaguely referring to this or that statistic, leaving everyone to speculate about what you do or don't mean, why not post links to the specific data to which you're referring, and let us judge them on their own merits? Otherwise it appears that you're just trying to goad rather than inquire.
One comment I will make about this, since you goaded me, is that no good for /anyone/ will come from those in the lower crime rate groups standing back, categorizing, stigmatizing and pointing fingers at those in the higher crime rate groups. These issues affect /all/ of society. We're all in this together, so let's act like it.

It's also true that white people are let off the hook for crimes more often and more easily than people of other races. So, it's not true, it's just made to look like it is.

putting aside arguments against your position, imagine it's true, you don't go up to a retarded person and say they're retarded and tell them they'll never be able to do anything but drool on themselves. you can see here something that may be true but is still offensive. Maybe ones breath stinks, it can be a difficult matter to tell them and not offend or make them feel bad.

You're not looking at causes of criminality, or you're looking only at race and deciding that's the cause. The real causes are a lot more complex than skin color and national origin.

honestly... if you really do your research and compare... you'll find a lot of bias in those stats.
I don't know what you're referring to but I will assume you're referring to crimes and the African American race as always...
I don't want to get technical because we all have our own "stats" to go by.
