This is silly, it does stretch but if you do the pelvic exercises then it strengthens and is back to normal very quickly. Women were made to have kids and a C-section is major surgery, natural birth is much better for mother and baby unless there is a problem during labour where its safer to have a cesarean. I found sex was worse after my son was born because I tore and they stitched to high meaning I would heal after every time I had sex making it like I lost my virginity every time which was painful. But after my daughter's birth it was said when I was been stitched to not go to high and everything has been wonderful since.
Natural birth is NATURAL so everything goes back to shape sometimes it just takes a little longer then others, but then again having a baby is a life changing event, and it can reflect on your sex life, I don't think it would be un-pleasurable because of a natural birth but maybe she found it un-pleasurable for other reasons. Having a c-section is very serious and shouldn't be an option unless its a necessary. I think its very silly opting for a c-section over a natural birth. We were made to have children so lets do it how its meant to be done.

I havve had 2 naturally and 1 by c-section. I have never noticed a difference in the sex since my first 2 and I would never pick to have a c-section over naturally. First with c-section you are in a lot more pain after words, and it is harder to comfortably hold or nurse your baby because your insicion site hurts (and around it)
I will never forget the moment I delivered the 2 vaginally it was the most beautiful thing i had ever seen and right after they are in your arms you forget how it hurt and with the csection it hurts for a while after (weeks).
But i guess i got off the subject. I love having sex just as much as i did before the kids if not more.
tell your friend good luck and congrats.

When she was having children, they probably still knocked the women out and never even asked whether they wanted episiotomies.
Plus she'd probably have had them all close together ... maybe two years between them.
So yeah, with all that going on, it's possible that hers was stretched and didn't totally go back to normal. But if you avoid getting an episiotomy, try to make birth as easy as possible for yourself (water birth, unmedicated, with an epidural, whatever that may be for you), it should be FINE. It'll go back to the way it was soon. A little of it depends on the size of the baby, but if it's small enough to fit through the vagina, it won't do much damage.
Kegel exercises are supposed to help as well.

No it doesnt stretch you out down there lol i've had 2 kids and am 38 and still tight down there and everything is pleasurable. lol her mother in law sounds like she was b n catty and tryin to scare her. And if something did happen to her during birth such as tearing, and scar tissue problems she should see someone to correct it. So tell ur friend dont worry about it at all.

Kegals. They are quite important. As for breasts, they stretch. Pregnancy itself changes them. They stretch and shrink, nipples change, areolas get bigger and darker. Doesn't make a whole lot of difference what size you start out as. They just do. I'm sure everyones different, but mine came out of breastfeeding 3 children alright.

It is true that it does stretch the vagina. When I had my 3rd daughter, my oby/gyn gave me what he called a "Husband`s Tuck." It reduced it back to normal size before having my children. My husband could definitely tell the difference.

MAYBE FOR SOME WOMEN. I HAD 3 BABY AND MY SEX IS PLEASURABLE. IT GOING TO TAKE A WHILE FOR EVERY THING TO GET BACK TO NORMAL. WITH A C-SECTION SHE WILL HAVE A SCAR FOR THE REST OF HERE LIFE.

It is all muscle down there. Work to tone your muscles and there shouldn't be much of an issue. Avoid episiotomy!!!
