So my sister her hubby and I had to drop by in ToyRus to buy this little girl a birthday present. Knowing me, I was going to get all excited seeing ALL those toys. So I saw the cutest littlestuffed puppy. She was black with a white tummy. I just couldn't resist. So I asked my sister if she could buy it, considering it was only FIVE DOLLARS! So we got to the cash register and the lady rang up the toy my sister got for the girl. Then the lady rang up my little puppy and said it was only a penny. At first I thought it was some sort of prank, like candid camera or something. But she showed me the screen and it really said the puppy was a penny. But of course it was an error in the computer. And the lady took only a penny from me. It only costed a PENNY! Everybody told me that I should have picked up more, but I feel that my puppy would have lost her purpose. If I would have bought the whole rack, my puppy wouldn't be as special because I'd have about 50 of her. What would u do?

You did the right thing. If you would have taken them all They would lose the meaning. Possibly it was a gesture of goodwill from Toys R Us. Free stuffed puppys..... What is this world comign to!!

You should have gotten a bunch and donated them to toys for tots or some other donation and then it would have been special to more than just you but to other kids as well.
