He was swimming around fine before, now i looked at him, and it might be possible this is the way he looks, but it looks like the kribs' noses' skin was scraped and his nose is all red, he is also not swimming as much, bullying isnt an issue.

It may be ome kind of ulcer from a bacterial infection aka furunculosis, especially since you have seen such behavioral changes, here is a pic I found of a Krib...I can't see any red on the nose, so I don't think it is a norm of the species. http://www.aquahobby.com/gallery/e_krib.php

I would suggest going to your local pet store and treat your tank w/ Jungle's Tank Buddies Fungal Clear (also cures furunculosis)...I recently used it to treat my fish for the same thing and it worked great. Here is a link, so you know what it looks like: http://www.fish.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=710426+002
It turns your water bluish, but I haven't noticed any staining on anything. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Is he scared fish that runs to the other side of the tank if you enter the room?

I'm asking because I had a Silver Dollar fish that did that and his nose always stayed messed up so I gave him to a fish store because I felt bad for him. He was the size of a silver dollar and was in a 55gal.

I would treat with stress coat and do a 25% water change so bacteria doesn't get to him!

This looks to me like physical damage like he scraped his nose on something.

However it could also be an illness. Stop by the fish health and disease forums at FishGeeks and post your photos there.
