Computer. If something breaks in your ps3, you're screwed. If something breaks in your PC, you can actually fix it, or have someone fix it. Plus consoles are locked down as far as how fast they go. With a pc, you can upgrade til your hearts content.

That really depends on if you are buying it for gaming or for useful stuff. If you only want to play games-buy a game system they are by far the choice for developers to develop for. It really seems like less and less games are being made for the computer each year and I imagine certain companies will stop making games for both computers and game systems. Also to get a computer to run games you need to spend quite a bit of money while even the most expensive game system is less than the average computer.

Computer....it offers a wide variety of game with attachements for joysticks if needed, plus you then can use the internet to complete research or get help with your game. In addition, the computer can be used for word processing, paying bills, editing photos, chatting with friends, and so so much more. I think for the money....a computer is much better. The only way I would go with a gaming system is if you are interested in playing games with a group of people because it is hard to have multiple players (on computer game without multiple computer, but you can play games online with many people if the game allows).

you can do so much with a computer a computer is better,
on the other hand if you only play games a system might be better for you
most good games for systems are also released for PC also, so you can play them on your PC without the need for the system
