It was just seminal fluid, it didn't contain sperm.
You've been through puberty. You are now a man. Of course there is going to be a change.
When you were young you were little now your not... same thing!

It was just seman you released. Your body probably hadn't started making sperm yet.
Even babies get erections. It's quite common. You're normal.
I had my first orgasm when I was 7 but my periods didn't start until I was 11.
See what I mean? Our bodies jump the gun when we're little sometimes.

you weren't devloped fully so you only had a little to produce and therefore only a little to release.
