There is no such thing...all mass is influenced more or less by the force of gravity. Now, having said that, there are two major ways of SIMULATING zero gravity.
First, carefully planned aircraft trajectories can be flown to neutralize the force of gravity by using centrifugal/centripetal force. The astronauts have been known to do this to get used to zero gravity in space. Unfortunately, they can't do this very long because a long trajectory would end up with a crashed aircraft. (By the way, this is not zero gravity either. But the velocity of the shuttle or space station neutralizes the pull of gravity via that same centrifugal force.)
Second, buoyancy in a liquid (like water) can be used to neutralize gravity forces. Again, the astronauts use this method when they want to test working in their space suits. They simply sink into a swimming pool in specially designed space/diving suits where they frequently practice some sort of work procedure while submersed in the water, which gives the neutralized gravity.

gravity is all over the universe. Even in space, they are affected by gravity in fact. As an astronaut orbits, they are essentially falling toward earth as they move so fast that they are ahead of the fall and continually miss the earth. The result is a circle. Thus the astronauts are perpetually falling at the same rate as the spacecraft. The result looks like zero gravity as they float relative to the craft.
To do that earth, they bring a jet into a steep climb and dive. At the top of the climb, inertia keeps the people moving up while the jet starts to fall. The result is apparent zero gravity, but actually we are falling at the same rate we are climbing....canceling the motion and appearing to float. Zero gravity is an illusion where the force moving up equals the force moving down(gravity).
There is no known relief from gravity. Even the moon pulls on the earth and the water in the oceans follow the gravity pull of the moon, causing tides to rise and fall.
There are evolving theories about gravity being an effect of a special dimension that we cannot visualize. Since gravity is related to mass, it is like a massive item is closer and exerting a pull on a smaller mass. Find out how to cancel that new dimension... and zero gravity is yours.

gravity is not something that could be taken out of a chamber because gravity is a property of space itself,so wherever their is space in this universe, their is at least some gravity
