a weird buzzing sound when everything is completely silent. it creeps me out

I hear a humming noise which I attribute to the energy that surrounds me at the time. If I'm in the mountains on a sunny, still day, I can hear the sun's energy. I swear I can. Try it some time!

The tv and the radio are usually both on (at least one is anyway). I also hear the dog bouncing around being a silly puppy.
