I doubt it.
Anyone who would be of interest to any organization or government affiliate gathering this type of data for a profile wouldn't be using their time to answer questions on YA.
And, judging from some of the questions and answers, they'd need an virtual army of interpreters just to make sense of it all. The yahoos checking content can't even make sense of their own guidelines!
