I want revenge on my apartment complex and/ or manager..what can I do and not get caught

You may or may not read rest..but please give me geniune good revenge ideas and not chasetising or moralizing..I am a generally nice 57 year old women and I've had it...she already ruined my birthday today completely so please don't be mean to me and just give me ideas. Here is a little of the story.

I lived here 21 years and all we have had are managers from h--l, shoddy, jury rigged repairs (I wind up doing most myself as they don't do a lot), and inconsideration. Five times they entered my apartment without notice, once crashing through a 2nd story window (to replace) with no notice while I was a sleep naked in next room. I heard a large crashing of glass, ran to door, and slammed it shut (embarrassed and upset). Plus they left it in shambles like they usually do, rarely cleaning after their repairs. Last time, they entered at least 5 apartments in my building with no notice and broke my chain. I snapped and did a big written complaint of all they did like I had to buy 7 dryers because they kept breaking and one caught on fire. Later found out it was due to birds that built several nests in dryer vent. They knew there was a problem and had complaints from neighing people and replaced some of the townhouses with a cheap grate but not all. One 5 inches from mine had a grate. When I complained, she screamed at and intimidated me and especially said I was lying and that no one else complained and that they delivered notice and don't make mistakes. Several people told me they are scared to complain as they trump up some fake excuse and kick you out. This is subsidized housing and all the people in my building are disabled. It would take an encyclopedia to write all the crap they did to me over the years. Manager has apparently hated me ever since I complained and treats me rudely. During recent remodeling, she cheated me out of $80 we were supposed to get (for staying at a relative instead of hotel so they saved the money as I didn't get money or hotel. When I went over her head, I mentioned to her manager I was scared of her since she screamed at me. He apparently said something to her and she was all nice and stuff saying don't be afraid of her. I now know it was because of him and she hates me more since she was mean ever since. They did all this stuff during remodeling ruining Thanksgiving and Christmas and today is my birthday and she ruined that being extremely rude and mean and getting me crying--long story. It ruined all my plans and I didn't get out of here until 9 due to being upset and them finally shoeing up for repairs at 6 and needing to blow off steam to a neighbor who also hats her. I went to a movie and all through the movie all I could do was think of her and how much I hate her. I can't move yet and I want revenge. There is also mold in room next to my (storage area from top to bottom) and I have allergic rhinitis and am having symptoms of coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, and shortness of breathe and so far no repairs..don't trust them to do it right. Please don't moralize just give me revenge ideas that I won't get caught on to pay her back a tiny fraction of what they put me through time and again and making me cry on my birthday due to meanness and inconsideration.

funny how Shayla talks about respect due someone my age and decides to rip me to shreads with insults and disrespect, but since she is spending so many christmases alone and having some of the men in her life break up with her, I will assume she is under duress herself and didn't mean to try to hurt my feeelings.

m-t nest (like your name)--no one would be in this situation if they had other options. Unfortunately, my ex husband left me for another, I went to school and graduated summa c um laud, I became disabled and am existing far below poverty and on $600 a month I cannot afford to get a house. My credit is fine as far as I pay all my bills on time and have no debts. If I can't afford it, I don't buy it. I never charge more than I can pay before it is due. I was never late on rent 21 years. I pay all bills on time but I don't have revolving credit and I make such a small income that I cannot live anywhere beside section 8 and most are worse than here, less attractive dumps, or dangerous areas. I am on a waiting list though to move in about one to one and 1/2 years.

Success is the best revenge. In observing the disruption and disappointment, and what the anger has done to your day, your week, your holiday, I understand that you desire a greater sense of equity... and that certainly this event is overwhelming and unfair. What is infinetely less fair however is that you are attaching yourself to the situation and it is affecting your health.

Get out of the bad situation, stand up for yourself that you do deserve better. Get away from the situation, the dramatic emotion, and the criticism... Thoughts create realities. You can create negative situations however when we mastermind such devises, most often we can not escape the guilt, or the destruction to our selves in the process.

You deserve better. Focus on making that your objective and your ability to release them and you, will create a success larger than any "even" ness of the score.

I read your question and I can appreciate the problems that you have had in the past ..

If you try to retaliate in some way against the manager, it might give you some temporary satisfaction, but in the end, you will lose .. I am not going to drag out a bunch of morality crap to tell you because that too wouldn't serve a purpose .. What I will say is this :

Living where you are is probably where you have to live since there is no alternative, or else you would already be somewhere else. Therefore, I don't see it where you can get any satisfaction through the manager . You said you went over her head before and talked to someone and things were somewhat better. My advice would be to go to that person make an itemized list of all these things you have to complain about and possibly get some positive results.

I was going to say move, but after reading the whole story, I have a question: Who owns this building? You can try to call HUD or whoever runs this mess or go to your congressman. I know lots of people in my state who have been helped by their congressman and senators. You and the neighbors who have suffered from this mismanagement need to make out affidavits.

You can also try to find an attorney to help you. When tax payers think about the housing they are subsidizing, they don't expect slum-type living with the tenants having a threat over their heads.

Get some justice and clean this place up! You can do it!

Legally: Start with the managers name. Find out everything about the person that you can, background check, FaceBook etc... In a lot of cases, esp if a person is an asshole there s libel to be something in the search you can legally use against them. Illegally: A baseball bat has a great way of changing peoples bad attitudes
:) Just Joking!

You know, I feel for you and understand your plight. Why though, would a person your age be renting for so long? You know, the system is such that nearly anyone can own a home. I really feel that if you are going to rent, you are going to have to deal with crappy managers. The pay is low and so is the unemployment rate. Result is very low quality people in low paying jobs. Revenge won't do you any good or help your situation. Go get your credit fixed and find a good loan officer. You only need a score of 600 to buy a house.

Vengeance is Mine sayeth the Lord...
Let it go & let God handle it.

~if not,
U r 59 years old & very whiny & childish!! Is menapause setting in?? Maybe get on estrogen therapy..seriously! You are not thinking maturely. You are the elder, so these people should give respect to your age. And sleeping nude at this age is a little scary....{sorry i digress}
If there is mold in your apartment then you can sue these people. It's that simple. You don't waste time complaining w/ the neighbors or developing some "evil plot"!! Handle your business w/ grace & class!!
