Try to get him more excited by helping him in his thrusts. Get to know his erogenous zones and manipulate them. If a man is able to maintain an erection for a long time and doesnt ejaculate for long when he gets into a woman, he should be welcomed as the woman can enjoy the act for a longer period and perhaps reach perfect orgasm. You might want to find out some of his fantasies and try acting them out. Sounds like he's holding back on some things. Maybe he likes dirty talk and your don't know it. Maybe he likes screamers. Could be anything.
