With your current motherboard you can only upgrade to a pci video card. You can upgrade your motherboard and more than likely use all your other hardware. If you do this make sure everything is compatible.

If you do not have an AGP or PCIe slot you can use a PCI card. Make sure you install it in the PCI slot closest to the Processor. If your current card is onboard it will be disabled when your system detects the new card. If you have a card you simple remove it and install the new one.

PCI. They are white.

AGP. They are typically brown and there will be only one.

You can use a PCI chip, upgrade your motherboard, or do some fancy relay signal wireless network. Cost a bit tho
