I can't stand my neighbor. What can I do to get him to move out?

My neighbor is just awful. He has vandalized my car, he has thrown eggs at me and my mom's house, and he has gotton into a fight with my sister. (My sister kicked his @ss.) I have had to change my phone number twice now because he calls at like 3am and asks me if my refrigarator is running. Sometimes he will purposely play loud music at 4am to bother me. What can I do to get him to sell his house and move out of the neighborhood. I hate him!!!!!

You can't push anyone out of the neighborhood, but you can file a police report that he is harassing you

what are you doin man? report this kind of abuse to a police. When he plays loud music early mornin you can call the police and report it to them. If your neighbor plans that your the one moving out... his wrong dude. Fight Dude!!!

If this kind of abuse keeps goin on always report this kind of act to the authorites and they will do the right action against this barbaric neighbor

There is no way you can get him to move out. He is as free as you to stay where he wants to. But then, you can always have nice little chat with him and tell him your problems. He may listen to you and change his ways and you too can be good to him.Didn't Jesus say "Love thy neighbour ".

Complain to the authorities or to the Homeowners Association or whatever. Your neighbor have no right to do those things to you.

calls the cops any and all night he does that tell the neighbor on his other side to do the same and sooner or later the cops might do something about it. if not you'll b annoying him
