Really I don't think it would make all that much of a difference. Christians, or people of any religion which believes in a supreme being, would still argue around the subject and not deal with it in a direct manner. They know that no such evidence of their god exist or "having faith" wouldn't be so heavily emphasized. If it did, someone would have shown us their god already. William K. If prayer is so powerful and it works so well, why don't churches organize prayer teams, with 50 members each, who would gather every night and pray for all the people in the nearest hospital? No one would die then. Wouldn't that be great? I'm sorry I sound so cynical and I am not trying to demean the wonderful recovery that your parents made, but have you ever considered that maybe the doctors made a mistake in their diagnosis of your parents? They are human and imperfect after all. Instead of going with the more plausible explanation, why make the wild leap and claim that it was because of god? Is it so hard to believe that he doctors could have been wrong?

They just do that when they can't find a good comeback.
It is quite insulting.
