+ Is there a reason that you think that you need them? How about successfully accomplishing some thing new, or how about the smile on someones face when you do something nice for them?

Happy pills is no more than a saying. You could say anti depressants are happy pills because they change the serotonin levels in your brain. Some bring up your levels and some bring them down, youd have to talk to a doctor to find the levels out. If you get on 'em be carefull with the side effects, you could actually become worse than before. I know because im on them. So if someone tells you to take a "happy pill" theyre just telling you to cheer up!!
