I do not think that is possible. That ship has sailed!

I am not sure of the answer, but if I were you, I would ask myself: HOW MUCH do I want this job? If you really want it, then it's worth a shot, even if that means loosing some face... Or, you could move on with your life. Everything happens for a reason, and when a door closes, another one opens... In this world, there are only two "traditional" ways of making money: either you work for someone else and make other people rich while having the insecurity of being fired at any time; or you establish your own business and deal with the stress of managing an entire organization/business, the overhead expenses, financial risk involved, taxes, employee troubles, you name it. If you are ready to make a difference in the world and in your life, you must have the means to do it. Money is a vehicle and not the destination in itself. Keep an open mind because you never know when the angel of God is knocking at your door with a blessing. If you are unsure of what I am telling you, just ask yourself HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? (The Money, of course). Think about it. Would you be willing to risk getting a job to be fired a few months later? Or are you willing to sit back, look at your options, and plan your game strategy. Remember: "People don't plan to fail, they fail to plan." I am only in my early 20's, but I always knew that I wanted to take charge of my destiny. Don't ever let circumstances control you; instead, control your circumstances. Could you donate some money to charity if you had it? Could you do volunteer work without having to worry about paying the bills? If you are like me; if you would like to help people, make good money, AND have the time to enjoy it, I strongly urge you to check out the following website: http://www.americhoice.unfranchise.com

Probably not. The company would had to fill the position with someone else and even if they didn't you'd need a reason for asking back the offer, but are you able to think of a reason they will accept? I can't.

i trust it relies upon on the reason you gave them once you grew to change into it down. in case you instructed them about the different pastime, your probability is slender. i'm a hiring manager and of the different hiring managers i understand would probably not re-furnish the pastime to you. declaring no and then definite makes you seem as if a turn flopper, with the prospect of you not staying at this pastime both.
