What part of the constitution do you think gives anyone the right to not be offended?

Why do we have so many laws governing behavior in a free country?

Why do people not tolerate the behavior in others that they themselves display?

How do you know when the majority is correct in a society so set on preserving the interests of the minority?

Wouldn't an imposition by any majority be seen as an act of ---ism?

Basically, at what level of behavior should the government be allowed to assert control of the public?

How should those decisions be made? By who?

Final.... would you be willing to live with a law that was voted on by popular referrundum nation wide if your side lost? How long would that good sportsmanship last before you strated trying to change the result?

excellant questions,anyone who manages to give u a straight answer,wud be guilty of idealism at the least.what can i give as an answer,well i suppose perfection is hard to reach,given the human factor,but so long as we all strive for common good and try to be fair,there isnt much more we can ask.

what part of free country confuses you? There is no such thing as a free country that the youth of the nation and you speak of, a truely free country cannot stop me from killing anyone I want or taking anything I want, do you want to fall victom? That is why the government and laws protect us. Do the research a free country only means three things, being free from being condemed because of race sex or reilgion, free to have an equal oppertunity, and free to work for a better life, get it right.
