I've worked for the same company doing the same job for going on four years. But my job is a little different, so I'm not always doing the same thing. It changes every four months. And sometimes, I don't work for them at all in a stretch of four months, but I'm still considered employed by them.

10 years at the same company, working in progressively different jobs with changes approximately every 2 years. Learned alot, liked my work, and decided not to leave it until I had clearly chosen what was next.. I have done that now, and am working on my exit plan. :D
