A whale's penis IS a dork, and so is mine. The term is not reserved for whales, cetaceans, or even mammals.
Like so many other fun words for penis (like dick, shmuck, putz, schmendrick, etc.) dork is also used as a disparaging term for a human individual.

Actually, dork does not mean "whale penis," it refers to a socially inept person (nerd, geek, jerk), or a penis. Again, a dork is NOT a whale penis in the scientific community (see second source, no Urban Dictionary for me).
Again, I say, a dork IS NOT a whale's penis. Ask anyone to cite their statement with a credible, scientific source, and they can't. A whale's phallus does not come into view until it is aroused, in which case the penis emerges from its genital slit.
