In the fashion industry, the ideal beauty is tall, thin, straight hair, light skin, and I think they don't like big butts. So, what are blacks, latinas, native americans are supposed to do when they don't have those things? Is it right to say, "I'm latina and latinas are curvy and are not built like whites?

Most of the European women have the cash to by the bits-o-junk that the fashion industry is selling. Therefore it stands to reason that they are going to hype a beauty standard that European women will readily buy into. The fact that your phenotype does not fit into their beauty standard is probably because their demographic research has statistically indicated that you will most likely not have the money or desire to purchase their stuff.

No offence, but it was Spain who banned models with a BMI of under 18, I don't see the US doing that any time soon................

This standard of being stick thin comes from LA, not Europe.
