Not sure what you mean by "wester ideal body", but some features of a good body would be one that is attached to the head of a person that is eating right, exercising and at peace with whatever shape their body is in if they are doing what they are supposed to to be balanced and healthy.

A woman 35 -24 35 height 5ft6in to 5ft8in
A male athletic build with a good bum height prefered 5ft8in.+
Of course in reality this is only a minority of people who are in these catagories As a male I am happy if a woman is between 5ft and 5ft6in the shape not all that important but a bit of boob helps and she must be honest and faithfull.
