better flick: highlander (original 1886 version) or terminator (also original)?

highlanders kinda slept on nowadays....terminator had the big stars and director but highlander had a good story

"The Terminator" Well told, tightly-paced story made on a shoe-string budget. By the way,..at the time "The Terminator" was made no one involved was a particularly big name. "Conan" didn't make Arnold a superstar, and "The Terminator" wasn't Cameron's first work, but it was his and Arnold's breakthrough film. The first "Highlander" was okay. It was aimed at a more narrow group of fans.

I didn't care much for the Highlander series as much as I did the Terminator. But, I would NOT argue with anyone who chose Highlander over Terminator as they are just as passionate about that first one as I and others are about the first Terminator.

I loved the original Highlander movie, and the original terminator was just okay to me. Sean Connery was awesome, and Michael Biehn not so much. I liked the second Terminator movie WAAAAAAY better than the second Highlander, though.

at that time i just loved terminator, action packed. but then i seen highlander , and really liked it alot, watched all the highlander movies since, and loved the highlander series and own all the seasons of that, so liked that better in the long run

The terminator because I love the scene where he goes and shoots all the police at the police station. I made me stand up and cheer. And I wasn't the only one in the theater doing it either.
