Yes, there is confirmed to be a romance between Batman and Wonder Woman in the Justice League animated series. Hawkgirl is with Green Lantern. Lois Lane makes a cameo while having a picnic with Superman. I believe it is considered canon since they probably had a romantic relationship in the Justice League comics.
