i m 21/m from pakistan, i was sexualy exploited many times.i was not concious that, how serious this matter realy is . no body knows abou this but you guys.i need your help,what should i do now. feeling guilty everytime,living in inferiority complex,has no confidence to face this fact cuase of people ? you guys please help!!

wow, i don't know much about where you live. only thing i can say is trying to get some kind of closer on this! don't feel guilty. some one Else did this to you!! you need to talk to someone you can really trust about this. maybe a close family member? they can tell you what you can legally do more then i can(I'm in the USA). I'm truly sad to hear this! hope you get some better answers soon. :(

Very sad to know of your plight. I presume you are a male, as you say 21/m.
Guilty feelings arising from sexual exploitation are hard to erase, but you are now thinking of a remedy. That is a first good step. Ensure that you dont carry any STD.
If possible, go to another place from where you were exploited, to avoid bitter memories. Engage yourself in extra-curricular activities like social work, games, music, working in orphanages, schools for the blind, etc., without affecting your normal day to day life/occupation/education. Confide in a sympathetic family member you can trust fully. When you meet people at different forums, try to understand how life has been for others. There would also be others in situations worse than yours, and you can get some useful tips, after a period of time.
In your society, do they permit free mingling of the sexes? If yes, try to befriend a good girl for the sake of friendship, not sex. You might find a girl's company to be a soothing balm, as women are more sympathetic and understanding of men. You neednt confide in her your past, unless she is totally trustworthy.
Above all, have faith in yourself and use your talents to the utmost in a positive way.
Maybe some of these things would help you to forget the bitter past and get absorbed in the mainstream of life.Good luck.
