According to 'The Da vinci code", Mary Magdalen. But if I'm not mistaken it's the chalice that Jesus Christ drank out of in the last supper.

In the movie its his wife Mary Magdalen. Its not a cup or an object, the Holy Grail is a person. The last person to carry Jesus's blood.

The Holy Grail is the womb which carries Jesus' bloodline. Initially it was Mary Magdelene's. Sophie was believed to be the descendant of Christ.

mafia agent is right, it is the blood line of jesus christ, the holly grail, some think is the chalice ,is not in the picture of christ and his disciples, oh, but the holy grail is, it is within mary magdalene (her womb)

in the movie its his wife (mary magdalin). a lot of people believe that but i don't think it's true.
