Go to the Clarkton Hotel in Angeles City. Good rates, and atmosphere. I've been going there every year for the past 5 years. The service is great there, and so is the food. The food at the Holiday Inn sucks, and the Oasis Hotel is a tourist trap. Check out their website http://www.clarkton.com/
