Most of the people who answer or ask questions here are relatively new to the game. Thats the conclusion I've arrived at.

Look who follows soccer--the masses. It's a simple sport for simpletons. I mean (and I am a fan...more of the NASL days though) how long will it take for "soccer" to get a real time clock, proper video replay, shorter games (90 mins. of boredom--why?), better athletes (hello, the net is as big as a barn door and you can't hit that?) and get rid of the offsides rule and penalty kicks.
Oh, purists will argue this and that but the game has no action and no scoring anymore in 2006.

You can deduce that most people read your question and thought it so ignorant that it did not warrant justification by answering it.
