To be honest all restaurant have their issues. The best place to eat is your own home, but you'd be surprised about how unhealthy your own place could be.
My suggestion is to take caution in your choices and check the restaurant rating when you enter. If it is below 89, be concerned!

Whole foods and Wild Oats style eateries, Soup and salad places, Restaurants that don't fry and oversalt everything, natural food places (fresh), colorful places, Japanese is good, Seafood restaurants, Greek. Almost every restaurant has a good choice on their menu, some have a weight watches section in which to order off. The list goes on. Bad is fried, too salty, greasy, artificial, etc.

Red Lobster. They have fresh fish (very fresh, just days out of the water) they can broil or grill it. Fresh vegetables, salads. Just stay away from the cheddar bay biscuits, lots of fat and carbs. You can also get into trouble there with all the fried foods, but if you are careful you can eat extremely healthy there. They have a light menu with all the calories, carbs and fat listed on the little book sitting on every table.

Not really sure if any are healthy but if you are looking for restraunts that serve healthy meal choices, try Applebees. They serve Weight Watchers items on there. Applebees has to follow the Weight Watcher guidelines when cooking the foods so you know what you are eating is absolutely heathier for you than other options.

Restaurants are not for healthy. If you want healthy, eat steamed food or soup at home. You'll save some money.

I would have to say any Buffet style restaurant because you can sit and eat all the salad you want, and they generally have fruits and jello's as well.
