I'm assuming you are referrring to writing statements on a resume'.
The best way is simply to state what you have accomplised. " I received the Gold Medal in Junior National competition in the 100 meter backstroke". "I graduated 4th in my class in college, Summa *** Laude." I am striving to attain my pilot's license with powered aircraft". .................

I hope this helps you.

I'm working on mine, too, so I feel your frustration. I've been told the best personal statement includes a description of how you see yourself and how that matches your goals for the future. For example: "My Spring Break trip to the rain forest in Brazil gave me an appreciation and passion for studying insects and their habitats. This has lead to my decision to pursue my master's degree in Environmental Science."

Hope this helps! Good Luck!!
