There is no fund by that name.
Go to Yahoo finance, and you will see that there is no such fund listed.
T Rowe Price has an Equity Income Fund, but not Vanguard.

I don't have an equity income fund, but I do have a 403b with Vanguard, and I have been happy with my return.

I don't know about that fund, but we have an investment through Vanguard. They are consistently rated very high, in terms of return, and doing right by their investors.
They are very highly respected.
