He's just passing through, not asking for any kind of free assistance, but actually leaving presents. He's the kind of visitor the U.S. needs. Merry Christmas!

1. Everyone one knows the "undefined object" is his sleigh being pulled by some kind reindeer volunteers.

2. He doesn't speak a different language, that's how he laughs.

3.The Reindeer are not unregistered, they volunteered to help.

4. He doesn't need license and registration because his sleigh is not a car, motorcycle, or anything of the sort. That's like needing license and registration for a skateboard.

5. How is his toy factory illegal? He gives TOYS to children, not box cutters.

6. He delivers gifts to hundreds of children each year. The least the electric company can do his pay for his electric bill.

7. The elves are not babies because they would not be able to make toys, stand up, or talk.

I'm not trying to be rude or nothing, I just thought I should defend him. I don't exactly believe in him, but I just felt like saying something. You should watch "Santa Clause Is Comin' To Town", it explains alot!

Well, I've never thought about it before.
He lives at the North Pole, which isn't a country. So, I don't think he has any particular nationality.
Since his delivery job takes him all around the world, I assume he has work visas for all the countries he visits.
I don't think he qualifies as an illegal immigrant.

I've heard that Homeland Security and the President are taking this very seriously this year.

Um, for your info, most Santas are Caucasian (white skinned), so therefore, Santa is NOT an illegal immigrant.
