If you're young and don't have a lot of money, one thing to do is to burn CDs with songs that remind you of good times hanging out with your friends. You can write what each song means to you and why you think they'd like it.
Another nice thing to do is make homemade gift certificates for manicures or pedicures. You can give them to your friends when they sleep over at your place. Get a few bottles of nail polish so they can choose the colour and learn how to do a home mani/pedi. How much fun would that be?!

if you guys are relaly into music you could alwasy buy them cd`s of bands/artists that you like or burn them songs that you both like or something you`d think they`d like ...
