Hi! I realy love wearing high heels shoes but im afraide my muscle on my legs will get bigger because of wearing it often!!! EWWW!! but others womens also love wearing high-heels shoes everyday but their legs stays perfectly fine in shape.so does anyone know the secrect on how to prevent your muscle on legs not to get bigger and stays the same shape even if your wearing High-heel shoes everyday??? Please help me!!!

wearing high heels does not build muscle. The way your foot is arched in order to walk virtually on your toes is what causes your calf muscle to look extended and gives the leg shape, but as soon as you are in flat shoes again or barefoot the muscle goes back to laying flat and is less noticeable.

Thats not going to happen because you are not lifting weights on your legs. The high heels will give you shaply legs though but not big muscles don't worry. I always wore platforms and i am only 5'3 but i have nice legs that seem long because they are toned.

nicely i think of they are in a position to truly make the outfit stand out extra once you would be able to desire to circulate to a spectacular adventure or dinner. to no longer point out they are particularly attractive on the ladies. The plus approximately donning heels is they tone up the calves.

a lil calf muscle isn't gonna hurt. In fact it will help prevent u from spraining your ankle very easily
