i got a call today and some dude asked to speak to cindy or some **** and i was like you got the wrong number and he's like oh ok and i hung up, then a couple minutes later i looked at my call list and i noticed the dude had called me from 000-012-3456 and i was like wtf? i called it back and of course its not a real number and i *67'd but it couldnt connect, thats some weird ****

Some of these telemarketing firms are using telephone lines from outside the country. These do not always show correctly on your caller I.D.
And if you used *67 you were using a blocking feature. What you wanted to use is *69 (last call return), however, that would probably not have worked in this case either.

Never call back a strange number it can cost alot of money.
However the number 000 012 3456 is probably from an voice over ip company like skype.

in the future, always use your caller id. if you dontknow the number, let it go to voice. if its legit, they will leave a message.

its a joke i think its on bored.com u can call ur friends and change ur number that will show on their phone
