I thought that at level 1 you get to ask 20 questions maybe it has changed.

Yahoos been funny today a few times its said Im at my answering limit when Im not. Your supposed to be allowed 20 at the first level. As for your question just wait a little it might show up yet.

I don't know what is going on tonight. I know there have been others who have said their questions were not posted.
Also, Some of us that can answer questions, are getting the sign that says that we have reached our limit on answers.
Don't give up. This is truly a fun place to be. I guess Yahoo is working on something.....

If you just started you will only be able to answer only 10 questions till you reach 255 points.
Maybe Your Computer is not Working

I think we all have those problems sometime or other. Go through peoples old question pages where they have the words in voting at the end and go to that question area to vote on a winner. That will give you some points.
