i heard that in alot of colleges there are height limits for d end, 6'0 and over, is this true?

The inside tackles have to be tall. It's all about blocking the pass there. That's the only reason why anybody would want tall linemen. The trouble with tall line men is theri center of gravity is higher meaning a short person has a better chance of knocking the taller lineman off the line.

You almost have to be over 6'0 to play football. The only positions I've seen with guys under 6'0 are RB (halfback and fullback), Cornerback, and Wide Reciever.

well if your not 6'0 and up i would hit the weight room to prove to them that you are strong enough for the position. Trust me im a devensive end to
