Ehh I'm single so I had my brother look at it and we were able to get it up enough so that my car won't get soaked if it were to snow or ran. Now that we have it up somewhat it won't roll back down.

Is that something Ziebarts can do? I already know how expensive a dealership can be and the regualr place I take my car isn't open on Saturdays.

Your question is not possible to answer because in order for anyone to give you a price they will have to know what's wrong. There is more than 1 reason for your window to come off track, that being said there is more than 1 price of 1 object and shops all charge different rates.I will however give a guess if 1 hour labor-@65.00 and the part being 40.00.so about 100-125.If you are going to a dealership look at the lot and show room. If it's ok add 25.sort of nice 50,really nice 75 and so on.

You need to have the window regulator replaced, this is what makes the window go up and down. I would estimate at a shop parts and labor around 350 dollars

I would take it to a dealer and ask if there has been a recall. If there has been ask them if it can be fixed under the recall. Ask about the other one. It maybe ready to fail. If there is a no charge fix. Have them do it to. Make sure they are not going to charge first.
