Definately! He is 24!! It wouldn't be much of a season if all we saw was Jack in prison getting beaten for 24 hours. He was just the scapegoat anyway. He didn't deserve to be taken, it was friendly fire for god's sake, he was doing what had to be done to save the world, that's what Jack does. And he needs to be let out so we all don't die. =)
