I don't know how old you are, but I understand the pain involved even if parents don't get along. No matter one's age when parents divorce, the "child" suffers. Try to remember that it isn't your fault, and that it's not you who's being divorced, it's your parents.

Don't allow yourself to get in the middle. Try not to let yourself be used as a wedge by one parent against the other: not saying this would necessarily happen, but in bitter cases it might.

Just try to be strong. If you have a family member such as an aunt/uncle, grandparent, or a trusted schoolteacher or counselor whom you can confide in, that could prove helpful.

I went through this. My parents separated over and over 'til they finally split up for good when I was almost 15. Dealing with it was hard. Sorry if this isn't too helpful!

It is not your job to deal with it. Your parents are adults dealing with their own problems that have nothing to do wirh you. Know that regardless of how you may feel or how you might like things to be different this is not your conflict. Just wait, you will have plenty of your own, leave rhis one to your mom or dad and stay out of it.
