no matter how much you tell a person to leave you alone and they insist on bothering you. what are you supposed to do???? I just want left alone!!!!

I would suggest to just stop addressing the individual completely. Pretend like the don't exist. If they are in the room dont talk to them, if they ask you a question act as if you cant hear them. Basically do your best to give the SUPREME COLD SHOLDER.
My guess is that this person has found that by bugging you on a constant basis they are getting lots and lots of your attention. Unwillingly you have turned it into a game where they are trying to see just how much you will take before you go off and tell them to leave you alone again.
I would basically tell the person enough is enough and I have asked you politely from now on you get no more of my time.. and then procide to ignore their existance completely. Odds are its going to be hard at first, but over a period of time they are going to understand that no matter what they do to you they are going to get the rise they are looking for. And I am betting will get bored and move on.
After all its the reactions that fuel the fire and without those the fire goes out...

How old are you and give me more details tp work with here.
In what way are they bugging you. How annoying is it?
Saying point blank that you want them to leave you alone is an option. Going authorities/parents is an option?
In short there are just too many situations. The more serious the more louder you should be.

Get a restraining order, or have some male freinds give the guy a good talking to and tell him to back off.

are you sure you want this? sometimes you want to be alone but when it finally happens you wish someone would pay you some attention..this is not a good time of year to be alone ..beware , you might get what you ask for..
